About the University
The University of Technology, Yadanarpon Cyber City (UTYCC) is a public engineering and technology university founded in 2010, located within Yatanarpon Cyber City โ a purpose-built technology park situated 28 miles along the MandalayโLashio road in Pyin Oo Lwin Township, Mandalay Region. In Burmese, the university is known as แแแบแธแแแฌแแแนแแแญแฏแแบ (แแแแฌแแฏแถ แแญแฏแแบแแฌ แ แฎแธแแฎแธ).
UTYCC stands apart from Myanmar's other engineering universities through its unique specialization in cutting-edge technology disciplines โ including Information Science and Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Precision and Automation, and Advanced Materials and Metallurgy Engineering. Since September 1, 2021, UTYCC has been managed by an Interim Council comprising teacher representatives, student union representatives, and alumni โ operating under the National Unity Government's Ministry of Education policies and committed to the continuity of learning for its students.

UTYCC Founded
University of Technology, Yadanarpon Cyber City was established within Myanmar's Yatanarpon Cyber City technology park โ a planned digital district near Pyin Oo Lwin in Mandalay Region, designed to anchor Myanmar's ICT development.
